Places to go...

Hey guys

Last post I covered a lil on what some of the characters are like, today's post is as it says about the places...

Club e-den: Is Joe's work place and a fictional bar/nightclub in sunny Birmingham. Owned by Murry it caters to the alternative culture in brum offering theme nights and a few...unexpected guests. Meeting place of Joe,Dan and Helena when they aren't all working. It has an in house DJ set on Friday and Saturday night and has a special drinks shelf for some of the regulars in the VIP section out back.

Terra: Is what you would probably call hell daemons live here its mostly a vast wasteland desert but a few city's are spotted around some of the natural oasis's. Its leader is the Immortal Lucifer the fallen angel of legend other wise known as Satan. He likes reality Tv, Simon Cowell and long walks past the rivers of sulphur.

Haven: Is exactly what it says its heaven home of the angels and occasionally the big man himself. Its a lot like the cloud city of bespin but with less storm troopers...

Limbo: one of the dimensions filled with nothing and endless amount of grey and is kept "clean" by the caretaker.

The station: Is a crossing point that links the three "main" dimensional planes of Earth,Terra and Haven.

Mal's Books and antique store: A dusty shop in brum that sells old relics and books. the store owner is a tad unusual.Joe gets old comics from him.

That's It for today just wanted to list a few places hope everyone is good.

Its been awhile...

Since i updated my blog....(sung in a stained style)

Due to various reasons (work,peeps birthday parties and last but by no means least incessant vomiting) I haven't been on to update the blog sorry bout that...

In today's blog id like to cover some of the who's who in my story:

Joe: Is the main character and the subject of my other blog over at http://jbgalenwalkingthegreyline.blog.com/
you can also follow him on twitter...http://twitter.com/#!/JBGalen Anyway Joe is a seemingly average guy who work a bar in Birmingham (the bar is fictional FYI and ill cover that in another blog soon) he has a girlfriend (Helana) that he met at collage but didn't  start dating till later (again this is another story) He is still troubled by the disaperance of his childhood friend who vanished when they were playing together in kinver woods. He is a kind but gullible guy who goes out his way to help people.


Helana: Met Joe in collage but didn't start dating him till she popped into his bar. She is an English teacher and always hopes Joe will get a better job she sees his untapped potential. Her parents are both dead she was raised an orphan. She does an open university course in psychology as she gets bored when not learning things that are new. She can be cold but has a softer side when it comes to Joe.

Dan: Joe's best friend since primary school is a fun loving guy who like to dance and be loud. But when he needs to be can be deadly serious. He dose not get on with Helana.

Murry: Is the owner of the bar where Joe works is legally a midget but there's something more than a little odd about him (seriously I don't want to reveal too much story on here sorry!)

Those are just a few of the characters I would put more but that would ruin the whole story!

Right or wrong?

Bonjourno Peeps work has been mental the last few days so i haven't been able to blog... knackered is not the word. Any how as before i mentioned some of the subjects my story covers a major part of those is looking at what people believe is right and wrong. good and evil and the shadowy "grey areas" in-between. Who tells us whats right or wrong what guides our moral compass. What would happen if you had bad angels and good deamons...what if to save a life you had to do something your principles didn't agree with? what if one of those choices would effect you or someone you love directly? I hope to broach all of these questions and pose a few new conundrums in the story. If you guys have any hypothetical moral scenarios feel free to throw them my way (yes I am still holding out hope that people are reading this!) and i can see what makes other question moral stances.

Let me sum up...

Ok to help anyone who is reading this (prob just you wiffle!) Here is a brief synopsis of my story and how Joe relates to it..

There is a theory that for every decision in your life there is an alternate dimension where you took the choice you never did in your life. So a place where I chose not to write this blog or America didn't elect Obama..you get the picture. Joe exists in one or all of these dimensions...(depending how you want to look at it) now two dimensions override all others..the ethereal planes of heaven and hell. Beings in these two dimensions have fought across all the others causing god to create something to police them. this is what Joe comes in contact with...sorry if it all sounds a bit cryptic or half assed but i dont paticurly want to post the whole story incase some one nicks it and tweeks it for themselves! if anyone wants to know a bit more feel free to contact me.

To sum up its a story about heaven and hell views of right and wrong, friendships , symbiotes, the paranormal and a girl

My first blog

So I decided to run a blog...well thats a bit of a lie im actually going to be doing two blogs...
this one..and one written in character. the character in question is from a story i ve been working on for the last couple of years that i don't know what to do with. Sam suggested I start a blog about it  seems how well wiffle is doing with his i thought i would do this one and one as Joe that can be found at...http://jbgalenwalkingthegreyline.blog.com

I will try to update both blogs as much as possible albeit this one will be a tad boring please feel free to leave comments/advice or even story ideas on here or there.
